Key Highlights:
- Xbox has announced a Partner Preview Showcase this week.
- The event will be focused around third party titles instead of first party ones (such as Halo).
- All the games showcased here will be playable on both console and PC.
Xbox is back again with another showcase, being centered around third party publishers this time around. The news comes just shortly after Xbox announced a bunch of restructuring changes across its portfolio, many of which had some unfortunate consequences.
That being said, they do look to be ready to take the battle to its competition, and here’s a breakdown of the preview showcase, including its livestream channels and where exactly you’d be able to watch the same.
When Does Xbox’s Partner Preview Showcase Begin?
The Xbox Partner Preview Showcase is set to begin on November 20, 2025. That is, this very Thursday. The event begins at around 10 AM Pacific Time (PT) or 6 PM Greenwich Median Time (GMT).
Naturally, as time zones are a thing, expect there to be differing release schedules, depending on your local region. In other words, take time zones into account before you adjust the timings for yourself.
Where to Watch the Xbox Partner Preview Showcase
The Xbox Partner Showcase for November 20, 2025 will be broadcasted live on most social media sites and channels. Xbox has also provided a list of official sources to watch the stream from, listed below:
There will also be a simultaneous broadcast across regional Xbox channels on YouTube and the like. The ASL refers to American Sign Language, which is a special version of the stream.
Only the official YouTube Xbox channel (the first link) will be streamed at 4K@60 FPS, while other channels will remain locked to 1080p@60 FPS, which feels like a strange exclusion. Additionally, the event will also be available in a multitude of subtitles during the live stream.
You can also watch the stream in additional languages once it is re-uploaded on the official Xbox channels, a few days down the line. If you missed it the first time around, the whole VOD will be available post livestream to peruse.
What to Expect From the Xbox Partner Preview Showcase
This isn’t a first party showcase, so don’t go expecting first party titles such as the upcoming Halo CE remake here. Instead, the event is expected to be a lot more small scale in its nature, focusing on (still awesome) third party titles instead, along with a few indie games thrown into the mix.
As far as expected announcements go, there should be a dedicated segment for 007 First Light, the James Bond game from IO Interactive, best known for their work on the Hitman series of video games.
There should also be a reveal trailer for Tides of Annihilation, which is a ‘dark fantasy epic’ adventure. Another trailer for Reanimal is also expected, which is a fresh new horror adventure title from the creators of Little Nightmares.
Other than these few games, expect there to be a lot more additional surprises along the way, including several day one Xbox Game Pass announcements.
Xbox has also mentioned that all of these showcased titles (during the presentation) will be playable across all Xbox devices, ranging from the Xbox Series X/S to Windows PCs, including the recently launched Xbox Ally and Xbox Ally X handhelds. You’ll also only need one copy of the game to transfer it across your devices.
