Riot Gamesโ recently launched version 11.10 of Valorant, which brought with it a ton of improvements and additional resources. Of note here was most certainly the Harbor rework, a much anticipated change that aims to make Harbor one of the best (if not a bit niche) characters in Valorant.
There were also a few more additions, which will be discussed in detail in the sections below, along with the potential Reaver 3.0 skins.
Valorant v11.10 Patch Notes Explored
— VALORANT (@VALORANT) November 11, 2025
A multitude of changes were brought about with Valorantโs newest patch, and they include the following:
- Team HUD and UI Improvements
- Changes to Harbor
- Mandatory Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) system for Competitive Queues
- Replay Is Now Console Ready
- Bug Fixes
- Other Changes
For starters, we have several UI improvements. Team HUDs now have a healing indicator, which turns a shade of light blue to indicate active healing. The Collections page for both PC and console has also been updated, bringing with it grid layouts, a dedicated view page and custom skinline backgrounds to show off your collection.
Perhaps the biggest change introduced with v11.10 is the complete rework of Harbor. While Harbor was always one of the more fun characters to play in Valorant, he has almost always been overshadowed. This update aims to fix all that, bringing him in line with other meta units.

Additionally, the Replay option is now available for consoles. Replay let players analyze and rewind matches to re-assess the situation. This was a PC exclusive feature, until quite recently.
Another important update is the mandatory use of Riotโs Mobile multi factor authentication (MFA) system in order to be able to access the Competitive Queue. This change applies to almost all players with an Ascendant+ rating or higher.
Interestingly, MFA will not be required to access other game modes, and this is likely being done in an attempt to stop smurfing and account hackers in competitive matches.
Thereโs also the usual plethora of bug fixes and client updates, which can be found in full detail in the patch notes linked here.
A Reaver 3.0 Collection Might Be In the Works

As per a recent post from the Valorant News account on X, a Reaver 3.0 skin set is reportedly in the works. The Reaver collection is a set of cosmetics in Valorant that have made multiple appearances prior.
Prior to this, the skins have made their way to the Store, if only for a limited period of time. Reaver 3.0 might refer to a new set of skins in production, and thereโs certainly more to uncover here before we jump to a conclusion.
With that in mind, now would be an excellent time to stock up on some goodies and prepare ahead of the skinโs eventual reveal, which is expected to be focused around newer weapons.
However, itโs quite disappointing to see Riot Games push yet another reskin instead of actually addressing the many elephants in the room. While Valorant is a pretty good first person shooter, there are other issues that need to be addressed over releasing yet another lazy reskin.
