When and Where to Watch the T1 vs G2 Valorant Champions Tournament
The Valorant Champions Tournament (Champions Paris) is currently ongoing. and will take place between September 12 to October 5, 2025. As mentioned earlier, this particular tournament will take place in Paris, France.
The event will be held over a course of three weeks, taking place at both the Accor Arena and Arenes de Grand Paris Sud. Whoever wins this series of battles will be crowned champion, and bring with them the end of this yearโs Valorant competitive schedules.
With that in mind, todayโs match is the second half of the layoff finals (also known as Lower Finals or deciders), where teams that donโt make the cut get removed from the competition.
Itโs going to be a fierce match, and players can watch it unfold on the official YouTube channel of the Valorant Champions Tour. The match is currently ongoing and will develop further as we speak.
Who Is More Likely to Win in This Battle?
Both participants have been world champions, but this is going to be quite an explosive match, for different reasons. Both sides present rivalries that span across years of tournaments, and neither side is going to give up without a fight.
Arguably, the most well-documented rivalry between the two champions has been during the 2019 SuperTeam, where G2 beat T1 and won the MSI 2019 cup. This was shortly followed by another loss for T1 during the World Championships, thereby qualifying for the finals.

With this great rivalry set in place, many may consider T1 as the underdog here, and theyโre not exactly wrong. Itโs been a while since G2 has had any losses, and T1 might just have a chance against them, being assisted by pro league players.
That being said, G2 isnโt going to go down without a fight. Expect there to be stiff competition and for G2 to win. T1 will need more than just skill to win this uphill battle, and this might not be the time for them to shine yet.
