Gamescom is starting to go global, bolstering its presence across the globe. To this extent, it has scheduled a collaboration between itself and the Thailand Game Show, set to begin sometime later this week.
The event will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, and is a joint effort between both Gamescom Asia and the Thailand Game Show. We will be discussing the eventโs start/end dates, along with a bit more information on where to watch the show, and its expected reveals.
Gamescom Asia Start Date, Time and Where to Watch
Gamescom Asia starts on October 16, 2025 and will take place for a grand total of 3 days. This means that the event will end on October 19, 2025, being hosted directly in Bangkok, Thailand for this year – at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The event has had four iterations prior, taking place in Singapore.
Those interested can peruse the official Gamescom Asia site here, where additional information will be listed as to the eventโs tickets, their pricing and a whole lot more.
Business/industry area tickets will grant access between 16 and 17 October, while entertainment area (public) tickets will grant access between 17 to 19 October instead.
As far as the live broadcast goes, it will likely be streamed on the official Gamescom Asia YouTube channel, whenever it is made available. Unfortunately, we really donโt know when the livestream begins just yet, but it is estimated to be made available starting 16 October, 2025.ย
Again, this is a rough estimate, and these dates could very well change later down the line. This section will be updated with additional information later on, if any.
What to Expect From This Yearโs Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show
As the name implies, Gamescom Asia will be (mostly) focused on titles from Asia, with many publishers from the corresponding regions set to make an appearance during the event.
For starters, we have Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia, bringing their largest title showcase to date. There should be playable demos for My Hero Academia: Allโs Justice, Once Upon a Katamari, and the recently released Digimon Story: Time Stranger, along with a few surprise reveals along the way.
Other than Bandai Namco, we should have the likes of Capcom, Ubisoft and Square Enix making an appearance here.
Capcom will very likely showcase its upcoming titles, such as Onimusha: Way of the Sword, along with a few demos for upcoming projects such as Resident Evil: Requiem and Pragmata, which are expected to have booths to go along with them.

On the other hand, Ubisoft is very likely to showcase upcoming content ahead of Rainbow Six Siegeโs tenth anniversary, as well as a few indie titles such as Morbid Metal. Square Enix is also expected to showcase its games, with a special appearance from Teruki Endo (battle director for Final Fantasy VII Remake), on October 18.
We should also see other independent developers, along with new industry titans such as HoYoverse take center stage here, along with pre-established mammoths such as Xbox and Nintendo.
Other than your usual slew of games, we should have hardware and tech showcases too. ASUS, AMD, Intel, and more will have dedicated booths, showcasing the newest developments in gaming tech.
Another major draw of Gamescom is in its cosplay contests, which should be in full swing during the Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2025.
