Call of Duty is no stranger to bizarre and strange collabs, and the upcoming Fallout crossover is perhaps one of the more saner choices out there. Which makes total sense, given how both Activision Blizzard and Bethesda are part of the Xbox portfolio now.
That being said, this collab is shaping up to be quite an exciting one. Read on to learn more about the contents of the Fallout collab, its start dates, and more.

The Fallout x Call of Duty crossover event begins starting January 8, 2026 across all eligible platforms. This includes the PC, along with the PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Eagle eyed fans might remember that the Fallout crossover was erased way back some time late last year, and it’s been a few solid months since we’ve seen anything related to it.
It’s also a pretty in-depth crossover event, with a ton of free and paid options to peruse through.
What Is Included in The Call of Duty x Fallout Crossover?
In terms of what to expect from the crossover, do note that this pertains to the Fallout TV series on Amazon Prime, and not the video game franchise itself. Which can be both a blessing and curse, depending on how you look at it.

Regardless, it would have been nice to see some references directly lifted from the iconic video game franchise.
As far as the crossover is concerned, here’s what to expect:
- Deathclaw Hunt World Event; endgame mode
- Nuketown map variant (Vault Town); multiplayer mode
- SPECIAL Mayhem mode; multiplayer mode
- The Ghouls game mode; multiplayer mode
- Project RADS game mode; zombies mode
- Power Armor Royale; multiplayer mode
These game modes will be added to Call of Duty Black Ops 7 as well as Call of Duty Warzone, making it a rather extensive crossover. That being said, it is still a far cry from what you’d expect from a bombastic event such as this one (especially when you take into consideration the popularity of either franchise).
There will also be what presumably looks like skins for the three titular protagonists of the Fallout TV series. Although, we really don’t know how to get those skins just yet.

The Fallout collaboration isn’t the only thing Activision has planned for us though, and there are quite a few more surprises in stow.
Included is the Season 01 endgame content, along with New Skill Tracks:
- Strike Track Phantom
- Ambush
- Fast Melee
- Trap Avoidance
- Silent Movement
- Elusive Target
- Decoy
There’s also a bunch of multiplayer content that has been added with Season 01:
- Yakei (6v6/2v2, small sized)
- Meltdown (6v6, remaster, medium sized)
- Fringe (6v6, returning, medium sized)
- Vault Town (6v6, map variant, small sized)
Additionally, we have a huge selection of loadout options that will mark their return with Season 01, with the exception of Overclocks. The Zombies game mode will also make a return, with fun Fallout themed game content.
