Key Highlights:

  • Neverness to Everness (NTE) finally receives a public closed beta test announcement.
  • This test will be held on multiple platforms and will, support crossplay.
  • Unfortunately, NTE is yet to announce the start and end dates of the beta.

The much anticipated free to play, open world gacha, Neverness to Everness (NTE) is finally all set to release yet another closed beta test, as per a recent official social media post. Like most closed betas, this is expected to be a trial run of sorts, with limited availability and certain quirks in place.

That being said, it still remains a fantastic way for players to dive into the game and experience it firsthand (and a way for the developers to build up hype and iron out any bugs along the way).

How to Apply for the Neverness to Everness Closed Beta Test

As per the newest post from NTE Global on X, a global closed beta test is currently underway. Interested players may head on over to the official website for NTE and sign up for the CBT programme, by following the steps in sequence below:

  • Head on over to the official Neverness to Everness website.
  • Click on the Join Beta (Recruitment) button on the webpage (in blue).
  • Sign up using your email ID (assuming you donโ€™t have an account already).
  • Select your Country/Region and input your Date of Birth to proceed.
  • Assuming you meet the age requirements, you should now have a link that forwards you to a rather lengthy questionnaire.

All you have to do now is complete the questionnaire, and wait for the the team at NTE to get back to you. Make sure to submit your email ID at the end, or you might not be able to get the response.

Neverness to Everness Closed Beta Test Start and End Dates Explored

The Co-Ex closed beta test recruitment started on December 23, 2025 and is currently ongoing. Unfortunately, the team at NTE have yet to provide any conclusive start and end dates for the beta, although this is expected to change very soon.

That being said, the dev team has also provided a trove of information:

  • The CBT will support PC, Android, iOS, PS5 and PS5 Pro as its platforms of choice.
  • There will be crossplay and cross progression between the supported platforms, at least during the full official global launch.
  • A total of 9 languages will be up on offer for the game, including English and Chinese. However, it is suspected that not all languages will receive a dub, and most of these should instead be relegated to subtitles only.
  • Android users will require a Snapdragon 855 or newer.
  • iOS users will need an iPhone 12 Pro Max or newer.

In the meanwhile, stay tuned to Times of Games for more updates on NTE and more!

Neverness to Everness Closed Beta Test: What to Expect

In lieu of the game being in a closed beta, NTE will most likely not be very polished in this state. Expect there to be minor bugs and visual inconsistencies, which is about normal for a video game in beta testing.

Additionally, progress is almost guaranteed to be wiped post CBT, so do not expect things to be carried over to the full, global release. Keep in mind that the CBT access is somewhat random, and not everyone will have a shot at playing the game.

If you somehow miss it, wait for the full release instead.
