The LPL 2026 Split began today, January 13, 2026, with Group Ascend taking place today. The teams are split in the following manner, judging on their performance in 2025:
- Group Ascend, with 6 teams total
- Group Perseverance with 4 teams total
- Group Nirvana with 4 teams total
The top four from Group Ascend will immediately make their way to the Playoffs Bracket Stage.
